About the website

Roam Free is a free directory of pubs and independent venues that welcome overnight campervan visitors. Our first hosts are joining, starting in Hampshire. Listings appear after review and confirmation; research records and unapproved submissions are not participating stops.

No bookings or permission to stay

Roam Free does not arrange reservations, take payments or grant permission to park overnight. Always obtain the venue’s agreement directly before arriving. Information or suggestions discussed with us are not guarantees of availability, suitability or safety.

Accounts and host listings

Keep your account credentials private and only submit or claim a venue you have authority to represent. Verify your account email before managing listings. We will confirm the intended information with an authorised venue representative before publishing a participating venue listing. Hosts remain responsible for their arrangements, their accuracy and applicable permissions, insurance and obligations.

Our offer is a free host listing with no Roam Free commission. Any visitor purchase or overnight arrangement is directly between visitor and host. Use your dashboard to submit corrections or pause a listing immediately; material changes are reviewed before publication. Contact us to withdraw or request account deletion.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate a venue owner, provide information you have no authority to share, interfere with the service or misuse contact details. Branding and original content belong to Roam Free or their respective owners; linking to the website is welcome.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep these pages accurate and available but may update or temporarily withdraw them. They provide general information, not legal or safety advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights.
