For pubs and independent venues
Your venue. Your rules. A new kind of regular.
A few considerate campervan visitors could mean a few more meals, drinks or purchases. Let’s see whether the idea fits your business.
A simple exchange
A host offers a suitable overnight space for a self-contained campervan in return for custom. You set the arrangement, including expected purchases, availability and any restrictions. Listings are free, there is no commission, and you stay in control of whether to join.
Become a host
I’m Connor, the person building Roam Free. Create a host account, verify your email and tell us about your venue. We review your submission and confirm the overnight arrangement before publishing. If your venue already has a listing, you can request to manage it; we check your authority first.

A few useful answers
What does it cost?
Host listings are free. Roam Free takes no commission and does not handle bookings or payments. Any visitor purchase or overnight arrangement is directly with your venue.
Do I have to accept every campervan?
No. You decide availability, suitable vehicles, visitor numbers, arrival times and your conditions. A listing is not a reservation or a guarantee of space.
Do I need campsite facilities?
The idea is a suitable overnight space for self-contained vehicles. Only facilities you confirm will be described; visitors must not assume toilets, water, electricity or waste disposal are available.
Are there already participating venues?
We are inviting our first hosts, starting in Hampshire. The directory grows as venues join and their arrangements are confirmed. Only approved, currently verified listings appear in discovery.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Nothing is published before your confirmation. Use your host dashboard to propose changes or pause your listing immediately. You can also contact Connor for help.
A suitable stop, on your terms
Only offer arrangements you can lawfully and safely provide. Joining Roam Free does not replace the permissions, insurance or other obligations that apply to your venue. Visitors should contact you before travelling and follow the conditions you confirm.
